METAMATERIALS
Are materials that exhibit properties that are not usually found naturally. By Nano, Micro or Macro Perforating, materials can become Metamaterials by enhancing their porosity, ability to de-gas or transfer vapor molecules or even liquids for applications such as laminating or drainage. These materials can be designed for applications like filtration, heat exchange, and even for controlling the flow of fluids on a microscale. Acoustic and sound dampening can be enhanced, as can texturizing and enhancement of surfaces. By altering the structure of the material with perforation, it is possible to create properties for visual and optical applications like negative or positive reflection or refraction. Materials processed can be accepted in a sheet format or on rolls.

Contract / Toll Perforating And Converting
Perfquest converting and perforating services are here to assist your company handle the entire process, from order placement to the final product. Clients simply provide their substrate. PerfQuest take care of the perforation and other processes that may be required such as slitting, embossing, and making smaller rolls from a jumbo roller. Once the material is converted, you have the flexibility of sending it for additional processing, or PerfQuest can provide the finished product and ship it directly shipped to the end customer. This approach can significantly streamline the supply chain. PerfQuest and our network of partners perforate customer-supplied and customer requested materials. PerfQuest knowledgeable staff are also glad to offer expertise.
